Liyah Knight shares new remixes of her latest single, “Threads” from two Melbourne and Sydney-based producers, Foura and Chelsea Warner respectively, out now via The Orchard.

An intimate and introspective single, “Threads” now receives a remix treatment that pushes further into the consciousness of Australian listeners everywhere. Melbourne dance act, and signee to NLV Records, Foura’s bass-heavy confidence weaves through house snare hits and driving techno undercurrents, propelling “Threads” into late night territory with a dash of darker flavour.

Meanwhile, Sydney’s Chelsea Warner adds a stellar slickness to the original track. Newfound 808s that bump, and swinging drums provide an alluring momentum that’s all glitz, and ready for play in a dim-lit bar. Central to both re-works is the strength of Liyah Knight’s vocals, as a simultaneous powerhouse of emotive nuance and core-hitting assertion.

Knight next prepares to release her sophomore Traveller’s Guide EP on November 5.
